Drivers must be at least 21 years of age. Renters age 21-24 must have full coverage insurance that transfers to the rental vehicle and will incurr an underage fee. All renters or operators must have a minimum of liability insurance to qualify to rent. A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a major credit card or bank debit card will be required at time of rental. No charges will be processed on your card until the rental vehicle is picked up. Charges will include a security deposit to be refunded upon successful return of the vehicle. Refunds to debit/credit cards are subject to banking laws and usually take 3-5 business days to process.
Durham location hours: Mon-Fri 7:30 am - 6:00 pm, Sat 8:00 am - noon, closed Sunday.
North location hours: Mon-Fri 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, closed Sat/Sun.
